American International School: "We Have Returned Ex-Gov Yahaya Bello's Children's Advance Fees To EFCC."

As part of its respect for the national institutions in the nation, the school said it had nothing to hide and has been working with the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to resolve the issue.

The American International School in Abuja, which has faced criticism for supporting corruption, has responded to the outcry over the purported advance payment of $760,000 for school fees made by Yahaya Bello, the former governor of Kogi State, for his children enrolled in the institution.
